I had seen some quilled earrings previously , sold as paper earrings.However they were very tacky looking and I didn't buy them.And since I wasn't very impressed the first time around , I didn't pay any further attention to quilling either.
.After my wedding I had lots of fun setting up my home.However I missed my old art and crafts corner.Since i was a wee bit broke after the great change , i was reluctant to buy new stuff for my crafting work.This led to me reading up on new stuff online , as a substitute to actually making things.
Then LO!!!
Quilling is gorgeous. So many colours,so many techniques ! And the best part is that, they are lightweight, a blessing for people like with tiny earlobes. I had to try making them myself! I went to ebay and ordered a basic quilling kit.( cost Rs. 400/-) .I couldnt wait for it to come :)
And I have been planning on setting up an online shop forever, so i did that as well.
And quilling is what re-started it all :) I am in the process of stocking the shop . so there are not a lot of things right now.
